I brought my daughter in for a trim and she showed the stylist named Soon, how much to take off. And she asked for her curtain bangs to be cleaned up. Soon was very sweet but cut more than what was asked and messed up on her curtain bangs all together. If we return we will definitely be requesting another stylist. The shop was clean and not very busy. Is there a way to request a stylist online when you check in.

Great clips is very convenient and their app with online check-in is very useful but each haircut ultimately depends on the stylist you see. I came to this location and was fortunate enough to been seen by Brandon. He gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in some time and was a treat to chat with. Thanks, Brandon!

The hairstylist was very patient with my mother. She listen to her about the style she wanted for her hair and made sure she got it right for her. She kept hairstyle notes for her next visit to make her hairstyle is right each time. Very excellent customer service.
