This positive review is long overdue. Jason was informative, patient, and honest. When we bought our house two years ago, the initial sewer inspection video displayed a crack in our pipe. I sent the video to multiple companies to get an estimate on what it would cost to A) replace the entire sewer line from the house to the main in the street or B) shoot a line down the pipe, and Jason with Gillette was the only person to notice the real problem instead of blindly quoting me. Gillette did a great job dealing with a major sewer repair. My one regret is I did not call them first. Once I did they were prompt, informative and professional. The foreman Bryan kept me apprised, got me back in service quickly. Jerrod and Jason were honest and trustworthy and went the extra mile to the point that Jerrod responded on a Friday evening to assist me. The whole crew was pleasant and great to work with. I would recommend this company to anyone having sewer/pipe issues.
