Finding a skilled watchmaker in the Seattle/Tacoma area can be a challenge. I recently had the folks at JD&Co repair a broken stem and crown in an automatic watch and overhaul and clean the mechanism. To say the service was excellent is a huge understatement. Not only was the work superior to any other watch repair service I've found in the Seattle/Tacoma area, it was also less expensive! The bottom line? For watch repair as well as repair or creation of any jewelry go to JD&Co before you rely on anyone else. If my experience is any guide there is no better alternative in the Puget Sound.

We were very happy with our experience at JD&Co. I had my wedding ring re-made with a new setting. The computer aided design plus the 3-D printed replica of the design was perfect to the computer image. Having the ability to see the ring 3D printed was crucial for us to be comfortable that we were getting exactly what we wanted. We had multiple meetings with Johnny during the process and he was very professional, the price quotes and timeline were reasonable and accurate and the final quality of the product was outstanding. We love the ring and will definitely use them again for future fine jewelry needs.

I’ve knew Gem East seen I was in my early 20s. They made my wedding set back in1965. My wife still wear it, we love this prestige custom design company. I’ve heard that Johnny Do is new owner, we wish him all the best and still carry Gem East legacy.
