I’m not sure if I want to give a review this time. I’ve always had excellent service with guys. Today was different however. I felt like I was being scammed in a way. I was forced to buy a one year contract with renewals every year on my credit card, which is unfair because I’m a singer and I don’t want something to be automatically renewed. I was a little bit disappointed. All I wanted was to have a virus taken off of my computer and I was talked into spending $220 with a continuous renewal.
Went in to get cell problems resolved my phone issues needed to be dealt with by apple there dept honest didn’t try to sell me a different phone focused on my used cell issues highly recommend this store thanks
They worked very hard to get my old computer up and running and kept me updated on it. Unfortunately it took the long blue death. The Geek Squad then worked with picking a new computer with my wants in mind and my pocket book. I am completely satisfied and love my new computer. Hats off to them. I have never been disappointed in them. Great job Geek asquad.
