They are so kind here!! From Dr. Showalter who is truly an amazing human to the front desk..but honestly the lab tech..she is so great!! I usually get stabbed over and over getting my blood drawn is usually such an awful experience but the gal here is so good! First poke and over and done in seconds. I love this place!

Very pleased with my first time at this clinic. The receptionist was polite and helpful. The nurse took me in right away and had a friendly conversation with me. Dr. Showalter is very knowledgeable. I appreciate her holistic approach.

The nurses and staff were nice and helpful. The women doing the blood-work was exceptionally good at her job. However, the doctor I saw, Kelsey Falls DO (sorry I may have written it incorrectly) really put me off. I felt that I was pretty positive, open minded, and really just trying to establish care. I was met with a scowl and a coldness that someone who has literally had some chronic health conditions her whole life, quite frankly, was rude. I felt like when I tried to explain my medical history, she shut me down, instead of waiting for my records to come thru, and then telling me her opinion.
