Walked in with our small puppy very well behaved pup. People in front desk saw us and did not say a WORD that animals are not allowed in the building unless they’re service dog one of the staff even greeted us and our dog without any issue. The lady who called my husband name stated “ oh dogs are not allowed in the building unless it’s service dog” so i stepped out with pup. Please put a sign outside the door to patients/people so that we are aware and be consistent with your rule so all the staff employee can be on the same page and implement it.

Jamie M her staff sent me on a revolving referral wild goose chase and every visit was triggering and frustrating. I was very ill and everything prescribed made me even worse.They did not conduct the proper tests and had I stayed with them I believe would have died.Finally,they made a prescription drug error and left the blame with me to cover up what they had done. The nurse was very rude .Her attitude made no sense !(I was thinking what the hell did I ever do to you Lady?Are you crazy?) I fired them ,contacted the pharmacy to expose what they had done with that drug and reported them to my insurance company.There was nothing else to do. I wish I had never met them.

I have been going to this clinic for awhile now but today was my first and last time going here I will be looking for a new Doctor I had a appointment today asked for some cough syrup with codeine to get rid of this cough I had for almost a month I tried over the counter cough syrup first it didn't help so I wanted to get prescribed something stronger the way Dr Schowalter looked at me like I was a crack head and like I asked her to help me run drugs somewhere was absolutely disgusting I'm a black female and I work in the health care flied so I know this is the way we as black men ans women are treated when we go to the doctor and ask for a narcotic or something like...read full review
