I highly recommend checking out Expand Yoga!! Friendly instructors and community, sweet facility with everything you could ask for, and a great introductory rate- just beware- hot yoga is strangely addictive!!! (You will never be the same!)
I love the ambiance and the variety of classes this studio offers. Also, the teachers and receptionists are very friendly and helpful. This studio has everything you’d need, water filter to fill up your water bottle, showers, equipment rental. I recommend Expand Yoga to everyone!
Hot, structured, yoga with friendly instructors. So happy to have a studio like this in the area. They have generous first-time packages too, if you want to trial before committing to a membership. This is a great place to try hot yoga for the first time if you've never experienced the practice.
