For example, Greg and Cole fixed a fence that had come off the posts with inferior latches by installing steel latches and running a steel cable at the bottom, making it resistant to south winds. Additionally, the company provided a custom gate for a wooded sloped driveway near Gig Harbor, with the process involving education on concrete types and advice on future painting. I've always had high expectations, and overall, I'm pleased with the fence replacement. From the initial estimate with Cayce to the installation completed by Greg and Clay, the process was organized and professional. Everyone was responsive to my questions and concerns, and they promptly corrected a gate that had initially been installed incorrectly, which I appreciated.
That said, the finished fence does have a few cosmetic issues that I believe should have been caught before the project was considered complete. Estimate was promptly scheduled, and everything handled on time. Clear communication, professional and efficient workers. My project was only side of the property and they were fine with repair. The new fence looks perfect. Highly recommend
From our initial appraisal, to the work crew, to talking with the installation manager afterwards we had nothing but professionalism and kindness. The work itself looks great, exactly as described, and replaced a 27 year old HoA fence that should never had been installed the way it was. I've already had a number of other HoA members asking questions, leaving great compliments. (Yes, even the HoA likes it)
