I love this place! Chandler and Nicole at the front desk were very helpful in finding the right solution for my needs. I’m trying to get a base tan before a vacation and they knew just what bed to use and for how long since I’m new to sunless tanning. They also told me about the red light therapy beds and how beneficial they are for health and energy. I will definitely be back for that next time.

BROKEN BEDS FREQUENTLY! STAFF USES NO COMMON SENSE OR LOGIC. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING BROKEN BEDS. I ONLY EVER USE BED #15. I TAN @ THAT LOCATION TWICE A WEEK FOR NINE MONTHS.. I KNOW BED #15 WELL. TODAY I LEFT W/NO SWEATING. MY BED ALWAYS HAS A HUGE POOL OF SWEAT ON IT. MY FACE WASNT RED OR PINK AT ALL. WHICH NEVER HAPPENS TO ME. I SHOWED THEM THIS F TO F.. Love Love Love this place! The fabulous customer service of the Staff makes the visit 110% worth it! Chandler clearly does a spectacular job managing the employees as it is displayed in the super friendly greeting by each and every Team Member at DS! Bree, Chloe & Dakotah ....essentially everyone (.....please forgive me if I am out of space to write everyone's names here! ) are extremely knowledgeable in the products and sales- I can walk in and they already know what service I'm ready for & have me checked in super fast! God bless ya'all & keep up the stellar work! A big High Five to Sky for this Fantastic group! (:
