Another great experience with Dependable Electric today. Paul came out to install a few things for us. He also provided a suggestion to save me some money and make future maintenance simpler. Not many people would have done that. Appreciate his knowledge and hard work. I’d use Dependable Electric again for any of my electrical needs and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

We had a tripped 60 amp GFCI disconnect that is connected to our hot tub. Paul was able to quickly diagnose our problem and ordered a new part to replace the old breaker. Paul kept me informed every step of the way and made a successful repair as soon as the parts arrived.

I thought I was having real electrical problems with my garbage disposal and dishwasher, but it turns out I just had them plugged into the wrong sockets (with the dishwasher in the switch-controlled plug). Instead of just scheduling a visit when I called, Paul helped me figure out that power was flowing by properly checking the breakers (gotta hear the click!), which led me to finding the problem. I appreciated the guidance and avoiding an expensive visit, and will be calling Dependable when I do need electrical work.
