Went home in tears. Asked for a long faceframe and they absolutely chomped it off. No fading/sheering down either, so it looks like a staircase going down my head. The sides aren’t even the same lenght at the very minimum. They also had me stand up mid haircut so they could cut it evenly? They charged me for cut + shampoo even though they didn’t wash my hair and their reasoning was because my hair was longer than my shoulders - i don’t see why that matters but okay. Never going back.Service: Long haircut
