Steven is amazing. He knew exactly what to do to solve my problem and it was resolved immediately. He is patient and extremely understanding. I highly recommend Beyond PC. They are in my neighborhood too, bonus for local small business!

Helped with my computer when it was still Epic. So glad he reopened his own shop. Easy location to access with plenty of parking in the area. Always responsive answers questions & sends update photos. This time my computer died completely. It's about 10yo. He swapped it out with a similar computer and updated the graphics card. Upon his suggestion I changed to a SSD. Good call. He even gave tips on keeping the files in the partioned drive to make it easier to backup & update Windows later. Better than just affordable. If anything, I think he could charge more.

I had a bad hard drive and he helped me figure out what I needed, he also quoted me almost 150$ less than my local PC shop in puyallup and was very fast. I got my PC back in less than 2 hours! ?? and it was running perfectly, again my local PC shop told me that it would take 3 days minimum ? this guy is awesome and will continue to get my business
