I'd give it a full 5 stars since i been a longtime member at this location but took a hiatus for personal reasons. However, I'm trying to be a returning member here and had some questions to the front desk member but the guy rudely hung up on me when i was in mid sentence. 3 stars

I normally wouldn't leave a negative review, but I've had a frustrating experience with Planet Fitness regarding something that should've been simple getting access to my paystubs so I could file for FMLA. I reached out multiple times, and each time I was told someone would get back to me. Eventually, I was told they couldn't retrieve my paystubs, which makes no sense for a company of this size. I really expected better communication and support from the management team, especially when it comes to important documents affecting medical and family leave. This delay caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Disappointed and hoping they can get their internal systems and staff accountability improved.

Clean, and organized. It’s nice to go every morning and be treated nice by all staff and one of the employees name Alex always says good morning when walking in and bye have a nice day. Feels very welcoming and I feel comfortable coming with out thinking that it’s ganna be all scattered and things out of place!

I’ve been coming to PF in Sunnyside WA for a few years now I love!! the environment I especially love the manager, Miguel. He is very welcoming to everyone here.

I have been going to planet for about 3 yrs now once mid October comes here, I've enjoyed the environment at this gym, staff is always nice and great at keeping the gym clean, I've learned over time since starting the gym that pretty much everyone minds there own business, and whenever someone most of the time needs an attachment to an exercise or asks if the machine next to you is taken they're most of not all the time nice and respectful when asking you, so don't overthink it when you start going to a gym, nobody is there to judge you everyone is most of the time in their own world ")
