I would’ve given this place a 1 star rating after I was given horrible attitude by the secretary Maria she told me if your husband scheduled this job, I’m pretty sure I told him they would get there when they get there and if I tried to be a little patient they will get there mind you I only called once because me husband had a work emergency and had to leave Hector came out to the property pumped our septic tank cleaned our filter figured out that one of our new toilets wasn’t adjusted properly fixed it no problem explain everything I wanted to know about our system very knowledgeable and was very respectful and did an outstanding service we just moved here not... read full review

1/6/25 Hector and Steve came out to our property to pump our septic today. This is our second time having Hector out who is straight to work, always willing to answer my questions and hear my concerns. From the fair pricing to the customer service that I continue to receive I am grateful and will make sure Cliffs services our property and refer any family and friends to them as they have earned my confidence in their business.

Hector was AMAZING!! System was installed in 1982, we had no idea we’re the clean outs or tank even was - he worked hard and he found it!!! HUGE thank you to him for being early, professional, gave excelled customer service and getting the job done no matter what!!Service: Drain cleaning
