Catalina and Ari are the best duo in Sunnyside. My family has been going to Catalina’s for generations with no intent to stop. The location is always clean and organized and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional.

Hey, if you need a morning caffeine pick up or a quick lunch, check out Catalina's. We had these amazing Paloma's for lunch-yes they have cocktails!! If you find yourself in Sunnyside, or on your way to either Yakima or Tri-Cities , stop on by. You will not regret it.

We ate at the cafe inside the salon and it was AMAZING! The La Brava breakfast sandwich is delicious and the dulce de leche coffee is to die for!

Wanted a color change after 4 years of having dark hair. I will be honest & I did have black & dark brown dye. I went in with Crystal for a color correction & what I had hoped for eventually a grey color or ash blonde (I didn't mind various sessions, I was good for the money). I have a few friends that go to her & believed I was in good hands. 1st session went good, lightened my hair & cut a few inches off by preference since ends were dark (my hair was to my waist). At the end of my 1st session she let me know to schedule about in a month & she stated the 2nd session would go good & I'd have the hair I wanted. A month later which is March I go in for my 2nd session & full bleaching began. From beginning to end I would say I had bleach in for about 2 hours & 20 minutes heat. During both sessions she really didn't say much about my hair never said if it was damaged or she couldn't do it, it was just like yeah I can do that. Well my hair completely burned off to the shoulders. The Salon that morning went quiet. The girl working in the next station even stopped talking to her client. It was so horrible. What was worse is I paid full price ($385 in 2 sessions) & she just kept saying it had only happened once before & before I left gave me a hug, I can't leave out her saying if I wouldn't went to another known salon of M.C. she would have not cared. For 3 months I have spent lots of money trying to fix the damage. I last week had to cut the remaining damage & I know have hair length near my ears. This has traumatized me & left me so disappointed, I'm sure she is great but she just wasn't great to me. No follow up messages or hair treatments either to help my hair situation. No professionalism at all. I leave this review only to serve as a warning to new clients for Crystal M, make sure to ask questions! I was ripped off & will never go here or recommend Catalina's to anyone again.
