I work for this company over 4 years now they have great training on driving safety they teach you how to use the Smith system. Most of the managers that run the accounts are awesome they really want to make sure the drivers are happy. I work with two different accounts with JB Hunt both of them are flat bed the managers there have been amazing better than any job I've ever worked at. They have great benefits 401k I am really invested in this company.

No porta potties outside which is a bummer when the office staff isn't there or just don't feel like opening the door. Maybe our driver code works but I haven't tried it. Aside from that issue the shop does a seemingly good job, the staff is nice and open to jokes except for the guy working at the shop desk. Cramped place but overall good. Pay is amazing too. 79 cents a mile, $55 a stop for the UNFI centralia contract can't beat that. Left Swift for JB Hunt and haven't looked back.
