“I cannot say enough good things about this team. They were on the scene immediately when I had water damage and approached the situation with care and clear expertise from day one. Communication was excellent throughout the mitigation process. I was kept informed at every step and given thoughtful, practical guidance on how to navigate what was a very overwhelming situation.
Ana, the project manager, was fabulous. Despite my project being relatively small in scale, she consistently made me feel valued and prioritized. She was responsive, understanding, knowledgeable, reassuring, and made sure everything stayed on track.
After mitigation, they also completed my bathroom tile and hardwood flooring installation, and both turned out beautifully. Brian’s attention to detail was outstanding. My place has a lot of tricky angles and non-standard details, and he executed everything exactly as I asked. The craftsmanship was clearly done with care and precision.
This team went above and beyond, and the quality of both their work and their communication exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation.”
