What an extremely honest company!! The alarm on our septic tank was going off and they arrived, diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. It was a loose switch, they fixed it and didn't try to upsell us. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

I recently had Burke Septic come out for an inspection, and Francisco handled the job. He showed up right on time, was well-prepared, and got right to work without any delays. He was very organized throughout the process, clearly knew what he was doing, and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand.
What stood out most was how professional yet approachable he was. He was friendly, respectful of my property, and detail-oriented. You can tell he takes pride in doing the job right and making sure customers feel confident about the work being done.

Francisco arrived early and was very personable. He explained everything to me as he was performing the inspection, and provided us with recommendations for future maintenance. Their cost was fair, highly recommend Burke Septic!
