I wanna rave on this companies professional and speedy response to a very scary water invasion in our home. The project manager was very thorough in his assessment of our cleanup and restoration. Amazing customer service and the best of any company out there. Their team was very professional and thorough as well as being respectfull. Great job. Jeremy had to job of water & mold mitigation in the apartments where I live. I have interacted with a lot of contractors in my life; so I am looking at the job from experience. Hand in Hand/ Jeremy is the most reliable, honest, skilled and pleasant contractor I have ever come across. And, he did a great job cleaning up after himself. I have had roofers that only tried to pick up some of the nails they threw to the ground but left all their other trash. I highly recommend Jeremy to anyone needing his skills!

Jeremy and his crew saved the day and renewed the lifespan of our home. While the original 120 year old portion of our house remained solid, the windows on a more recent 2 story addition had signs of decay to windows. Within minutes of a 3rd party contractor's efforts to remove and replace the old windows, it was evident the wall for those windows was built without drip caps to protect it from the weather. With some windows and trim already removed, the window company advised us we needed a general contractor to rebuild the rot within the framing of the wall before they could install new windows. We needed help fast and Jeremy worked us into his schedule without delay....read full review
