When water damage hits your home, you need people who show up fast and truly understand the stress you're under. Jeremy and LaNora came over immediately, bringing a level of patience and reassurance that instantly put us at ease. They took the time to walk us through everything, working with genuine care, organization, and cleanliness during the entire mitigation process.
What made the biggest difference was how seamlessly they handled our insurance. They did all the heavy lifting to ensure the house was properly dried out and worked tirelessly to maximize our payout for the reconstruction. If you ever need restoration services, hire Hand in Hand Restoration without hesitation.… read full review

The bathroom looks SO good and we’re beyond happy with… read full review

Then his crew came on Monday to start the work. Very prompt! He also handled the coordination with our insurance company.

He did a GREAT job getting everything dried out. And we felt so comfortable with his work that we hired him to do additional construction work as well. We did get other bids, but even the other bidders commented on the great job he’d done getting things dried out and ready for construction. Our designer reviewed his bid for the additional work… read full review
