Hi, I was towed by Dick's and the driver's name is 'Jerimiah'! He is fantastic driver! I am a 81 year old guy and I live in a seclude place down a 1/4 mile gravel road almost like 'off the grid'. When we started this journey, I was thankful that Jerimiah agreed to deliver my vehicle at least to the end of the 'flat part' of my gravel road which is before it started down a steep hill with a twist and sudden uphill turn at the bottom. But, when Jerimiah saw the tricky part, he said "no problem" and continued on! Wow I was 'really' feeling thankful that my vehicle was at least going to be near the 5th wheel trailer... read full review

Came super fast and took me to the nearest tire shop. All other companies I would had to wait hours until a flatbed truck was available due to my car being an AWD. Was back on the road driving my car under an hour. Time is money! By the way, Cheryl was awesome! She helped me search for the closest tire shop from where I was at.

They have helped the clients at our shop hundreds of times and have taken great care of each car. I, unfortunately, had to use them for my personal car last night. The tow truck driver arrived and was ready to tackle the obstacle of my car being completely flipped over. He picked up all of the debris and obtained my papers and belongings from inside. I'm thankful that they came after midnight and made quick work of everything. Highly recommend!
