Know your insurance plan before going. I have zero issues with the way I was treated and the professionalism of the staff. What I do have a problem with is that they knew, prior to me getting an exam that they were not in my network. I got to pay 5x more than necessary because not a single person had the courtesy to point out to my dumbass "hey, did you realize this about your plan?" I would not have taken the eye exam had I known they were out of my network. It was quite a shock to me since I've been using different Walmart Vision Center for the last 18 years.

Brenda told us they didnt take state insurance because they didnt make any money off state insurance...then quickly walked off and played with her phone refusing to help us. Luckily her non discriminitory coworker Lucas was professional and helped us. Lucas was a great. Please keep Lucas.

Walmart Vision & Glasses service was remarkable! Every worker I encountered was helpful, kind and friendly. They have a vast selection of frames for all as well. I highly recommend Dr. Bruce Lundin for all your optometry needs!
