Recounting every positive experience I’ve had at “The Yard Barber”, I’ve realized there’s too many stories to choose from when sharing why the barbershop is beyond deserving of a 5-star review. As a long time customer, I’ve watched this business grow over the past decade and witnessed first-hand the quality and consistency of haircuts improve. Comparatively, the Yard Barber offers the best (in my opinion) cuts at a price you can’t beat, but this review is more than just the services they provide. They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in the door. Even when schedules are completely booked, they make an effort to accommodate customers. Appointments are highly recommended! The barbers are personable, honest, and extremely hard-working. They have had positive influence in the Hillyard community and are all about “giving back”. Whenever I wear their merchandise outside of the shop, I often get stopped and asked, “Do you work there?”, “I’ve heard such great things about them”. This business has thrived on word-of-mouth referrals and that’s for good reason. The Yard Barbershop pays attention to the smallest of details and that’s why I’ll continue to go there indefinitely. If you have an opportunity to go here, schedule with Cliff — the owner. If you have children who need a haircut, schedule with Nick (he’s the best with dad jokes).
Hands down the best barber in town me and two of my boys just went and got cut by Spencer idk what we where thinking and why we weren't going there sooner he definitely earned him self some loyal clients today we will definitely be going back
Shout out to the amazing Cameron!! He did awesome with my toddlers first hair cut!!.. my son was able to sit in the chair the whole time with all of The Yards help. Love u guys!! Can’t wait for little 20month old DayDay to be back!
