If you wanna feel pampered in an upscale way, this is a place to go! The facility is nice and modern and the staff was so warm and friendly, they really did listen to my concerns and answered my questions. I have a few skin conditions that can make my skin quite sensitive, my aesthetician was very careful not to use any products that would cause any irritation. I was pampered with an EmSculpt session, Hydrafacial, hand treatment, and eyebrow wax. The EmSculpt I was a bit worried it was going to be painful or cause soreness, it didn't hurt at all! You just lay back and let the machine do all the work (yes, please!). I do not work out much due to some medical issues that make doing so at times difficult so I am really excited for the end results as they will show up over time. The Hydrafacial was a new experience for me as well, although there are some additional steps with the machine compared to a traditional facial, I was very relaxed by the end. As mentioned they were quite careful with the process not to cause any irritation. I thought it was interesting to see what all the machines extracted, however I realize that is not for everyone, lol. I know these services can seem pricey for some, but if you are considering it, I really recommend taking the leap and going to The Brow Room as the customer service and services provided really were fantastic!
