This is one of the few gyms that I’ve been to where it’s always clean and actually smells like it’s new everyday lol. Great energy with nothing but positivity and inspiration at this gym. The owner is very respectful and very knowledgeable with fitness and the best ways to achieve your personal goals. Highly recommended gym!

I’ve been to a lot of gyms in Spokane, this is easily my favorite. It has Good equipment that is in great condition. You can do anything you need there. It’s very clean, nice layout, and the owner is chill af. Highly recommended!

Great gym, great environment and the trainer is very knowledgeable, passionate and patient. He also trains kids to athletes to kids with low self-confidence. All my kids love working out at the gym
