I asked Sydney for a partial balayage with a sandy undertone. I ended up getting really brassy hair. She agreed to fix the brassy color but ended up putting in a toner that made my hair even darker than when I came in. When expressing these concerns she said "just try washing your hair with the most horrible shampoo you can find, try dawn dish soap to lighten it"... She refused to reimburse me even though I paid $150 for partial balyage and just got dark brown hair.Service: Hair coloring

My hair looks good, but it’s not what I asked for. I specifically asked multiple times not to have any length taken off. I expressed how I simply wanted layers throughout, but wanted to keep my length. The stylist assured me she was very conservative and she understood what I wanted. I left with at least 8 inches cut off my hair, if not more. I am very upset my request was not granted. All I ask is to do what I asked, since I’m paying for it and have to live with it. I absolutely love having long hair, which I unfortunately no longer have. My hair is also curly, so it will shrink up when not styled. This salon is very cute in a boho style way and all the staff is very friendly. But as someone who is very very particular about her hair, I'm so happy to have found Nina Lorello as my stylist at Tease. She uses the highest quality products and is very skilled in cut and coloring. I'm very blessed to have found her.
