I am brand new to town and booked with Sydney for a bleach & tone, and I absolutely love how my hair turned out! Got my 4 month roots lifted and toned to the perfect icy white with 0 heat. The space was so cute and everyone really made you feel included in conversations. Have already pre- booked my next appointment.

I asked Sydney for a partial balayage with a sandy undertone. I ended up getting really brassy hair. She agreed to fix the brassy color but ended up putting in a toner that made my hair even darker than when I came in. When expressing these concerns she said "just try washing your hair with the most horrible shampoo you can find, try dawn dish soap to lighten it"... She refused to reimburse me even though I paid $150 for partial balyage and just got dark brown hair.Service: Hair coloring

Watch out for 1 stylist at this salon, Tara Harmon, (formerly Tara Witkowski). I was a client of 2-3 years, making 1.5 hour trip each way to Spokane to get my hair done (an expensive color choice) I paid her for doing color and she was paid well. Several bad experiences with her that seemed small …. AT FIRST.
She text-cancelled while I was enroute (& within miles of Spokane, for noon Appt. and she couldn’t let me know by 10 am when I have to start the drive. (She always came in with a hat, looking like she just rolled out of bed and wasn’t there most of the time when I arrived. Twice, she said she had covid in fall 2021. Then she “had covid” again...read full review
