I used Steve to sell my home. He was there every step of the way. We initially got an all cash offer of 20% over asking, which I accepted. The amount of marketing Steve does and the quality of the photos really help highlight the best attributes of your home. Unfortunately my home flooded 1 week before closing, and it needed to be completely remodeled after I had already moved out of state. Steve recommended disaster restoration and remodel services, and he helped make sure they had access to the home. We were quite fortunate in finding a top notch realtor who is not only highly skilled at his job, but also sincerely dedicated in finding us our home during a very hot Spokane real estate market. He is extremely helpful at all points along several tight turns in making our transaction smooth and worry free.
