Spokane Urgent Care North | Walk-In Clinic

This clinic is great! The people are really nice, my doctor listened to me, and I am really grateful to have such great care. I don’t go to the doc often. I go when I HAVE to go. The care I’ve gotten through CHAS has been simple, easy and great. Feeling grateful for the luxury of having confidence in my healthcare providers.

I don't usually do google reviews, but felt the need to do so now.

Overall, this place is pretty decent. The only down thing are the wait times, but given this place is a walk-in clinic that is to be expected. But if you do come in, you may get wait times up to an hour to an hour and a half.

That being said, the staff are super friendly and understanding, and genuinely want to help. In specific, when I asked one of the staff of there was a vending machine, they said there was none, but offered me crackers and a juice. They got me goldfish, and ensure, and Capri Sun! Arrived the morning of a fire drill, office would open an hour late. Not a huge deal except myself and a line of 10+ people have been standing outside the door for 15 minutes past when they said they'd open and the receptionists are just chatting at the desk not doing any intakes.

The care is normally pretty okay, but this is ridiculous.
