It’s my first time at an urgent care in the USA and I have to say I am impressed. It is faster than UK Urgent care, although maybe it’s because of the difference in the number of patients as UK Urgent care is usually a lot busier. I have to say though, the Doctor is really thorough, and the nurse did a great job listening to my husband’s symptoms and listing it down. The overall vibe of the urgent care is great and welcoming. I am impressed!
I have been taking my family to this urgent care for years. They were usually always pretty nice and quick and so very helpful. But yesterday and today I can not believe how awful some of them can be. The receprionist that i have never seen before at this place seems to follow the female doctors lead, a doctor whom told my son he came in to late to late to be seen (it was 4:30 and they close at 5:00 on Saturday) so my son said he will wait till the next day, I brought him in just after 1:00, hardly anyone there, they took his information (they did the same yesterday, I get it, that encounter rate) and he sat and waited for over an hour in the waiting room until about...read full review
After waiting 2 hours at another location, I was sent here. In 10 minutes I was in and seen by a nurse and had treatment within an hour. A great organized visit for sure, thank you!
