Staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Everyone was great at communication in what needed to be done and what issues could be fixed and/or bypassed either on my end or theirs. Big big shoutout to Christy (Cristy, i’m not sure how she spelled it haha) and Mack for being super sweet and kind. Overall, today’s visit genuinely made me feel like the people actually cared about my health and me as a person. Thank you guys and hope to see y’all again soon!
It’s my first time at an urgent care in the USA and I have to say I am impressed. It is faster than UK Urgent care, although maybe it’s because of the difference in the number of patients as UK Urgent care is usually a lot busier. I have to say though, the Doctor is really thorough, and the nurse did a great job listening to my husband’s symptoms and listing it down. The overall vibe of the urgent care is great and welcoming. I am impressed!
I have been taking my family to this urgent care for years. They were usually always pretty nice and quick and so very helpful. But yesterday and today I can not believe how awful some of them can be. The receprionist that i have never seen before at this place seems to follow the female doctors lead, a doctor whom told my son he came in to late to late to be seen (it was 4:30 and they close at 5:00 on Saturday) so my son said he will wait till the next day, I brought him in just after 1:00, hardly anyone there, they took his information (they did the same yesterday, I get it, that encounter rate) and he sat and waited for over an hour in the waiting room until about… read full review
