Wife and I found some spiders that weren't part of Halloween decorations. Doing a quick google search, Spokane Pest Pro was the first result and with 5 stars which is nearly unheard of with reviews. Read some of the reviews, jumped on the website and got a quote on a weekend and within a couple of hours had an email from Karen with a estimate. She sent Kevin out and he surveyed things and the quote was spot on. He went through other options and gave his opinions on if what would be needed and not needed for our property, no up sell or pressure to do more than what was needed. Kevin and Karen are fantastic to work with! We had heard a mouse in our wall and Karen got us set up with an apt very quickly. Kevin pinpointed areas they could have gotten in due to our step down in our foundation from our walkout basement. Quick fix and Kevin was very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time answer all my questions. I asked Kevin for a pest control quote and it was very reasonable and refreshing to see a no pressure approach. Would highly recommend working with them
