Just took my dogs for the first time, and I couldn't be happier! We have a Maltese mix that gets matted ears so easily. The girl that groomed him worked some magic, bc he looks adorable and the mats are gone! I will definitely return, the location is very convenient and I had no trouble making an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. As a bonus the girl working ( I didn't catch her name) was very friendly and professional!

We wanted to find somewhere that was good with nervous dogs - our rescue needs a proper interaction with someone before becoming friends. I didn’t have to worry - Bells was IMMEDIATELY best friends with Amelia. Amelia paid great attention to her and was sure to focus on the areas that needed the most attention - her back nails. Bells is very excited to go hang out with her friend Amelia again! Thank you for taming the insane shed.

Are you kidding me?!? My dogs went in looking like a tornado whipped their fur into nests of tangles and knots and came out looking so darn cuddly and cute both with little neck handkerchiefs. Amazing customer service from the moment I walked in with a friendly, "hello and thank you for coming in, I'll be with you right away" to the welcoming smile, brief conversation, and care she took my little old ladies leashes. They dropped some nervous nuggets and I offered to clean and she was more than happy to quickly tell me no she would take care of it. To the final reveal when I picked them up and the amazing grooming that had been done. I will for sure be back in a few...read full review
