Please do not use this company! Danger Danger! Hired them to install a fireplace insert. At first everything was good, they came on time and spent the day installing. As he was getting finished we noticed there was a plug going into a nearby socket from the fireplace. It was for the fan. We did not want a plug-in gas fireplace. He told us we would have to call an electrician if we didn’t want a plug. So we called an electrician and had it wired so the plug would not be outside of the fireplace on the wall. I called on Monday morning for an appointment. It is August so I had hoped to get someone in quickly. I actually spoke to a gentleman. I just wanted my pellet stove cleaned and serviced. He gave me a price. When I asked for an appointment, he advised me he would need to get back to me. It is Wednesday and he has not called back. I got the impression he was not interested in doing the work. If that was the case, I would have been much happier if he had just told me that. I will NOT call them again.

Spokane chimney doctors did a great job! Corey gave me a thorough estimate and stuck to it! They did great work, were friendly, professional, and kind to my 2.5 year old son who constantly wanted to talk to them! Would highly recommend this local business!
