Smith did amazing work for me this week. Stipulations in a sale agreement for my home requires that I had my furnace and AC inspected and cleaned. I could not get anybody to do the work. One company said they were booked solid. Two companies didn’t even bother to call me back! When I spoke with Lisa at Smith, she was helpful, sympathetic, and willing to get me scheduled prior to my closing date. I had two technicians, Jon (AC) and Andrew (furnace). I use Smith Heating and cooling exclusively. They are fair on their pricing and honest. They will never "upsell" you on something you don't need. Their pricing on new Furnace and AC is very competitive and their service is great. I am a Realtor and I use them on all of my listings and sales.

John was a huge help in figuring out why my furnace wasn’t working. He came the day that I called and even showed me how to fix my problem if it happened again in the middle of the night. Great service! I’ll be a repeat customer.
