Stephen did a very thorough inspection on our new house. He walked me though everything and explained what he was looking for, as well as showed me all the issues he found and gave his honest opinion about their severity. We were very pleased with the work he did and the things he was able to teach us about our new home. He was very friendly and easy to work with.
Stephen did an inspection on a house that we knew had some problems but his through inspection showed us all the other issues we had overlooked. In the end, we decided not to buy the home. It had great potential but needed too many things that we would have to fix in the near future. That being said, we put in an offer on another home and it was accepted. I gave him a call and he got the inspection scheduled quickly. He once again did a very through job and made us feel good about our decision on the new home. Great reports, great information, great price and an overall nice guy. We highly recommend Stephen if you are looking for a honest inspector that will tell you the truth and make sure you don't get blindsided on your new home.
