The best customer service experience I have Ever had, the Sales associates are very knowledgeable about all the products in the store!! They were very nice, asked me questions about my Hair & Skin care routines. I'm a Hairstylist/Cosmetologist but there are so many different products in our industry and the advancements in technology that it really helps us to educate ourselves on New & improved products. Thank you for all your help with everything I will definitely be back soon!
Stopped by today just looking for one simple product which they didn't have in stock. The staff were so friendly & helpful they even called around to different beauty supply stores in the area for me (without me even asking, I might add) and found what I needed and told them to hold it for me. They were super nice and went out of their way to help me when they could have just said they don't have the product. I am a newly graduated esti and will definitely be back for all my supply needs.
