Caleb came out and cleared my sewerline, saving me thousands of dollars. I was quoted over $7k by Gold Seal for services I didn't need. After spending 2 days trying to clear my line, they told me I had a blocked/broken pipe. They needed to excavate and replace the pipe. Before committing to the job, I called Caleb for a 2nd opinion. Caleb told me he was confident he could clear my line & solve my problem. He did not disappoint. The pipe was cleared & the camera showed no breaks or damage. I will never call anyone else to maintain my sewerline or make repairs. Thank you Caleb & Rooter 911!!

Caleb & his Father treat their customers fair! Seems that my plumbing problems always happen on the weekend when GREEDY PLUMBERS really inflate the rates! These guys charge a little more but nothing outrageous. Caleb knows his stuff always friendly and prompt just told him they're my go to from now on. Keep up the good work Rooter 911 ?????

This is the 3rd time Caleb has been to our house since 2022 and it has been excellent service every time. Caleb runs through multiple scenarios but provides a calming reassurance that it will be taken care of. He has taken the time to educate me about root killer and drain cleaner. My wife and I appreciate his hard work every time. If there was a number higher than 5 on the rating scale I’d choose that. Thanks Rooter 911
