I haven't had a lot of home inspections done in my life, but I have had enough to know a good inspection from a god-awful inspection. Shay at River City home inspections was the most thorough, communicative, interacting and prepared inspector I've ever seen. He was veeeery thorough and didn't skip ANYTHING! He explained things as he went along, checked every inch of the place, didn't glaze over things and even called me a week later to ask how I was, if I had any questions and asked if I was pleased with everything. I've never had that before! This guy was ACES and I completely suggest you all do your inspection business with Shay at River City Home Inspections.
