I approached Rainmaker at the recommendation of a good friend. After I reviewed their contract, I was excited and couldn't wait to get started. I signed it, not realizing that the payment structure was not tied to deliverables. I realized this months later. At the outset, it seemed a worthwhile investment: $28,000 for a name, logo, brand, brand elements, brand book, web site, the works. I received a name and a logo. Although I signed and paid for other elements and deliverables, they did not provide these. I just worked with Billie and one of her clients for a photo shoot in San Mateo, CA. She is so nice and pleasant to work with. The project required an immediate session and quick turnaround. But despite these pressures, she was cool and collective throughout and made sure the right information was delivered in a timely manner. I'd love to work with her again.
