The team of providers I saw were an excellent example of what all healthcare providers should be! Wait time was short, each person made sure I understood my treatment & did not rush me! Very accessible & caring.
The providers & medical staff are great but there is no privacy at reception. Your personal info & payment method will be heard by the entire waiting room. The receptionists will even say out loud and/or ask you PERSONAL questions from across the room. People in the waiting room will hear your medical info related to the reason you're there, your address, your date of birth, your phone number & sometimes your social. Not the best place to go if you want to keep some of your medical & personal information private.
Every time I’ve had to visit this urgent care, it’s been a lovely experience. For myself, and my son. They’re always very thorough and kind, very understanding and helpful. I’ve had to bring my son with me a couple times to get seen myself, and they’re so great and understanding trying to get medical help with a toddler. It’s one of the best urgent cares I’ve gone to.
