Receptionist was so rude. Quite literally treated me like I was scum of the earth. I was told to come 30 minutes earlier for my appointment and unforeseen circumstances arrived so I was there probably 5 minutes before my appointment time and she was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me, didnt care that I was obviously injured and needed to see them asap, and told me that I couldn’t be seen now because I wasn’t 30 minutes early. Like if you want me there 30 minutes earlier, make the appt for 30 minutes earlier. This is so stupid. If I could I’d give 0 stars.
Showed up for a scheduled appointment was told go away needed paperwork for occupational medicine to continue my labor ministry claim. Was told appointment is not on the books received a text message and an email from the company. Was sent away later that day getting nasty email and a text saying that I missed my appointment. I had missed two appointments due to emergencies that were out of my control - two fam members in the hospital/ICU and I had tested positive for influenza A- I did not want to go in and make anybody sick. She was very insensitive to the fact that I had...read full review
