We have been going to Pampered Pets for our golden retriever for over 5 years. Our dog comes back much cleaner than any other place we tried prior. They also have our dog’s best interest at heart, letting us know about any health concerns noted in ears, fur, etc. Pampered Pets are extremely easy to work with for appointments and pickup schedules. I cannot say enough good things about this location and our favorite groomer, Teresa! I recommend this location to all of my friends and family. Everyone always compliments how beautiful our dog looks in her bows and bandana. We will be customers for years to come!

Talk to the manager on the phone and she was extremely nice and friendly. I could hear she had a very busy shot and she still spent time with me. I had to cancel due to a situation and she said I could come back and reschedule any time and she wasn’t upset at all. Thank you!!!

Called for an emergency groom for my husky and they were able to take care of him no problem! He smells very good and his coat is very bright!! The lady explained everything clearly and was kind.
