Great service. My driver was very friendly and did a good job. I was on a time crunch to get my car towed to the shop before closing and they were able to accommodate and help me out. Also cost less than half of what other companies quoted me. Would highly recommend!
My roadside assistance service used Pacific for my tow. I did a quick Google review search to see what to expect. What I found is that you need to also read to company's response. Always two sides to every story.Here is my experience. As soon as I got the message who my provider was I called Pacific. Rosa answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. She told me that it would be two hours, because there were two customers ahead of me. I was called by Rich when he arrived. Went to meet him and that's when things got crazy.
