We were from out of town/state when our daughter passed. We used PNWC&F for our cremation needs and were so pleased and impressed with the kind, genuine compassion, and professional care we received from Tami. There were many aspects of our unusual circumstances, and everything was addressed, handled, and taken care of with utmost care and professionalism. We never met with her/anyone personally, but she walked me through all aspects of the what's, how's, & needs of the process & everything was done over the phone and email. She was our angel. Tammy went out of her way to help me acquire the necessary paperwork to transport my uncle's ashes to Mexico. I will never forget her kindness and support in helping my family navigate a difficult time.
