ZERO stars. Based on my experience, Sane Solution's business model is to use a deliberately misleading customer interface to trick you into making a double purchase AND sign you up for a subscription service you never intended. Then - after never even using the subscription - they refuse to refund the fees for past months. Study your credit card statement!

I tried 6 bottles of Vitaae for for one of the claimed benefits. I found it strange that a bottle was only a 2 week supply (3 capsules daily- 45 per bottle). I experienced no results. Surprise!! The \"no Questions asked 1 year money back guarantee\" will only be honored if you save your empty bottles! Who does that? If you want to throw away good money to try a product for one of the claimed benefits, SAVE YOUR EMPTY BOTTLES! I believe that is simply a hidden (although linked information) excuse to be able to deny backing their guarantee. That said, rather than save your bottles, you might do better saving your money. After all, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Furious!!! I never processed my product order and the company attempted to up sale me several times at checkout online. I backed out and did not confirm the order but they charged me and shipped me the product. I had to deal with shipping it back and was charged $7.95 when they charged me the first time. So I’m out $12.95 SH fees for something I did not order. Customer support did not offer to do anything.
