Natalya has been cutting my son’s and husband’s hair for years. My son loves going to Natalya, he’s a pre-teen. She takes her time with him and discusses what he wants, looks at the pictures he shows her and he always gets to pick out a treat. He likes that she has a good sense of humor. We started taking him to Natalya after visiting a couple other well known places when he was around 7 years old, but they just rushed him through with the clippers and sent him on his way. He really cares that his hair looks good and so does Natalya. She really takes her time and knows what she’s doing. I buzz my husband’s hair now since he’s lost most of it. But she always made him look good when he and I are were dating.
