I've accompanied a relative to Deaconess for various medical procedures over the last few months. He has had a couple VERY bad experiences at Sacred Heart, so we were both apprehensive about coming here. Our fears were unfounded; Every one we've met, from the receptionists, to nurses, doctors, and even the parking attendants, have all been courteous, kind, thorough, and caring. I felt like he was in very good hands here. Kudos to the Deaconess GI department!
I had a stressful procedure with an amazing staff, who made all of the difference!From the info gal when I first entered the Deaconess Medical Doctor Building #1 to 2nd floor Registration gals & 4th floor chk-in gals!!One gal I wouldn't give 2*, however everyone else was wonderful in the Peri-operative floor!My pre-op RN Jennifer, Anesthesiologist Dr Shalm?, Art with my IV, both of my OR RNs Erica, super sweet & Taylor ready with my blankets!! I've unfortunately had multiple health issues that have led to me getting care at both deaconess and sacred heart over the last few years. Deaconess is far and away the better experience, every single time.
