Monroe Street Tattoo is a private tattoo studio located just north of downtown in the North Monroe district. The studio is open by appointment only, and clients are enjoying the calm and comfortable atmosphere. The tattoo artist, Andrew Edlin, is known throughout the Spokane area for his clean, custom tattoos and tattoo coverups. He specializes in Japanese and American traditional styles. Clients have been highly satisfied with Edlin's skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly approach. He works closely with clients to design personalized artwork that helps tell their story. Customers have praised the amazing quality of the tattoos and the overall professionalism of the studio.
Andrew did an absolute amazing job on a coverup! I got a 3/4 sleeve and could not be happier. He is skilled, knowledgeable, and friendly. You will not regret Monroe Street Tattoo!

I’ve recently started getting my first tattoo, after lots of time and research I ended up choosing Andrew and his shop and it’s the best decision I could have made. Through the whole process he has be amazing, I wanted my tattoo to tell a story and he made a design and that was beautiful and it also helped tell the story I wanted to tell. He is a true professional and genuinely cares about his clients. I haven’t finished my tattoo yet but I love what has been done so far and am very excited to see the final results. I can’t recommend Andrew enough.
Andrew is incredible! I’ve been here more times than I can count and every time I’ve had a really great experience. Andrew is a super talented artist and does a really good job of making sure you’re comfortable during the appointment. Highly recommend- especially if you like Japanese traditional style tattoos, although he can pretty much do anything.
