“Words cannot express my level of gratitude for this business. Lets be honest, great customer service is rare. These guys knocked it out of the park. My entire experience with them from start to finish was so effortless. I was so impressed with the young lady that assisted me (whos name I still did not get).If you have ever accidentally washed and dried a load of clothes with a paint stick used on tires you may be able to match my level of panic.They were so quick and had the right chemicals on hand to remove the "permanent" product. I will never go anywhere else for specialty wash items. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.“
“Tesla and Kaylee went above and beyond last night when I came in with my son and a massive amount of laundry. They saw me coming and held the door for me every time I exited or entered the facility. They helped me track down some fragrance free soap because I'd forgotten mine at home. They turned on their arcade style games to keep my son entertained while I loaded up the machines and happily assisted me with anything else I needed. Customer service is impeccable at this Laundromat! Machines are fairly priced, too!“
