After wearing glasses and/or contacts for 25 years, I'd debated lasik for years. Now, only a week after, I can't imagine going back. Not having to take contacts out before bed, to avoid getting water in your eyes while showering, or even adjust your glasses during physical activities- I can't believe this is how everyone else has lived all along! Two days after my appointment and I was feeling well enough to do Bloomsday. The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner. The entire team at LasikPlus did a great job with communication, scheduling, and answering any of my questions. Specifically, Dr.Iwanyk who performed my procedure, told me exactly what was happening every step of the way and I felt reassured the whole time (and by whole time, I mean ten minutes). Having had Lasik in the past, I felt I may need a touch up, after my exam Dr. Potter recommended no procedure as my vision wasn't too bad. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Will visit them in future if my vision worsens and recommend them to others.
