Koi is a wonderful salon with friendly staff, offering a welcoming atmosphere and excellent services. Kim and Hailey, in particular, stand out for their expertise and attention to detail. They take the time to understand clients' needs and provide personalized advice, whether it's color consultations or haircuts. The salon is tucked away in a boutique, but worth the search, offering a comfortable and relaxing experience, complete with refreshments.

Koi is wonderful, and Kim is amazing!! Her highlighting abilities are perfect. I am always happy with both the color and cut. Kim looked at my hair, made tips on coloring, and helped me decide based on how it will look now, as well as telling me how each will fade in a few months, as I am not always able to get to the salon. It's a friendly atmosphere, and they offer you coffee or tea while you wait or while you get your hair done. The store is a bit hard to spot but worth the search! You walk inside the Lolo store and spot the sign across the room that goes into the salon.

All the stylists here are so talented! Jess is amazing: she fit me in at the last minute, listened carefully to my needs, took great care and attention to detail in my cut and color. She was such a pleasure to chat with and did an excellent job with a difficult ask. Can't recommend her and Koi more highly - thank you, Jess!

Go see Hailey at this salon! She was super friendly and knowledgeable, fair and honest pricing. She does excellent color and cuts, the best I’ve ever had. I will never go anywhere else.Services: Hairstyling
