All the stylists here are so talented! Jess is amazing: she fit me in at the last minute, listened carefully to my needs, took great care and attention to detail in my cut and color. She was such a pleasure to chat with and did an excellent job with a difficult ask. Can't recommend her and Koi more highly - thank you, Jess!

I have been loving my haircut ever since Hailey fit me into her schedule in March! I was in Spokane for just a few days, and I feel like I won the jackpot. Hailey is lovely and so talented.
